Online Liability Waiver
By participating in any online classes, tutorials, or other activities provided by Liberdade Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy via its website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) activities, whether in-person or online, involves inherent risks of bodily injury, including but not limited to bruises, sprains, strains, fractures, concussions, or other serious injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in online BJJ classes.

Physical and Mental Condition: I certify that I am in good physical and mental health and that I have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in BJJ activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to assess my own condition and limitations and to modify or refrain from participating in any activity that may exacerbate any pre-existing conditions or cause injury.

Release of Liability: I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Liberdade Jiu Jitsu, its owners, instructors, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from my participation in online BJJ activities, including but not limited to, injuries or damages caused by the negligence or misconduct of others.

Online Safety and Conduct: I agree to conduct myself in a safe and respectful manner during online BJJ classes and to follow all instructions provided by instructors. I understand that failure to do so may result in my expulsion from the online session without refund.

Use of Personal Information: I consent to the collection and use of my personal information for the purpose of participating in online BJJ activities, including but not limited to, registration, communication, and tracking attendance. I understand that my personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Liberdade Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy.

Age Requirement: I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, or that I have obtained parental/guardian consent to participate in online BJJ activities if I am under 18 years old.
